This is where the fun begins! You get to name your bot! This can be anything you like, some clients use a human name while others will use something like "Robot Assistant." We suggest using a gender-neutral name for your bot based on what we've seen from our other clients.
We suggest that your friendly business name is a condensed version of your business name. For example, if your business was "Acme Business Company, Inc." you might use "ABC House Buyers" This name will be used in your text messages to all of your leads.
Make sure to fill in these fields in your account custom values and in the text boxes below. We'll use those to create your templates later on.
This is a sample introductory message that will give your AI bot context to the conversation. This is not the actual intro message that your bot will use to start each conversation. Click "Generate Intro Message" below and we will produce a template that has been proven successful for many clients. Feel free to adjust this template however you would like. Paste this template in the custom value "Intro Message" and then adjust it as you see fit.
